With the benefit of a few solar panel installations over the past year and input from the Architectural Control Committee, the Board put new solar applications on hold and decided on Aug. 28, 2024 to send a revised policy to homeowners for comment. After giving homeowners at least 28 days to review and comment on the proposed changes, the only input we received were some minor corrections of grammar and syntax suggested by a Board member. The revised solar guidelines were approved at the open Board meeting on Oct. 23, 2024.
