Architectural Guidelines require that a request for a variance be filed in writing to the Board of Directors via PPM. This should be done on the management company’s Homeowner Portal to ensure the application and any attached files are properly stored and efficiently reviewed. Homeowners who need a paper version to show to contractors or others may print this Architectural Variance Form PDF. Here’s a version in Microsoft Word for those who want to fill out the form electronically before posting it or having someone else post it on the portal: Architectural Variance Form DOC. Please completely fill out the form on the portal before attempting any physical changes to your unit’s exterior, such as air conditioner replacement, landscaping, new doors or windows, or gutters. Attaching photos, drawings, and specifications will help the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) determine whether it can approve the request. After committee approval, the Board will vote on approval either by digital communication or at its next meeting, and management will promptly inform the homeowner of the result.
